Robert Raymond's Baby Shower

We made our way to Gram and Gramps place to celebrate the nearing birth of Baby Bobby! Some good food, games and sweet convo rounded out the day - and distracted us from the heat. We can't wait to meet our new nephew!

Micachu & The Shapes at Rickshaw

Micachu & The Shapes was good, but that was expected. The pleasant surprise was Tune Yards, which blew us away.

The Lake

The most beautiful part of the trip...The Lake!!! We got to lay out and take in the rockin' tunes from the bar nearby. Yaaay!

Breakfast at Ernie's

Ernie's, across the street from Bert's believe it or not, is where we decided to have our breakfast Saturday morning. Big mistake. Thank goodness for Starbucks!!!

Tahoe Casino Style

The casinos were the place to be on our Tahoe trip. First night we were up, feeling good...next day were down, feeling so-so, third day we were down again...time to go home! But it was all worth it, fun times!

Well, we're halfway through the last month with Mazzy. So, we decided to take her down a little street called Lombard. Fun times!

Let's Go Ride a Bike

We spent much of the today looking at different bicycles...getting ready to go carless! Though we didn't find the right one just yet, we're thinking of a single-speed one like the one pictured. We can't wait!

Sunset Saturday

The sky appears to be on fire tonight. We had rain a little earlier...something crazy is going on!

Fireworks on 4th

We got to see several shows from the rooftop this year. Unfortunately it was foggy and freezing! One cool side effect was how the fog lit up with the light of the fire. And while we couldn't get a good pic of them, people were also releasing these baloons in the sky that had been set on fire. At first we were afraid the baloon was a bird that got hit with a firework! Anyways, fun stuff!

Ta Ta Taqueria

Our favorite place for nachos is closing its doors. A very sad day indeed :(

Ad's Birthday Party
