Free At Last

Aaah, sweet life without school! We enjoyed a homework-free Saturday by sleeping in til 11, going to the farmer's market on the waterfront, doing some shopping and just lounging. Then we met up with Lynn, cousin Tom and his girlfriend Brittany, and walked to the 500 Club for some drinks. When 9 rolled around we bid them adieu and made our way to the Victoria Theater down the road for the Short Film Festival. Following the screenings we took in the freestylings of rapper Jelly D, a sight to see. We ran into Emily and Maureen, bar-hopping the Mission. To top off the night we stopped in at the Elbo Room for the Sugar Shack Burlesque dance party. Woot woot!

Meet and Greet

We've all heard about him, now we've finally met him! It was a lovely night in the city, perfect conditions to meet Amir, Emily's new beau. Tres Agaves was the choice spot to enjoy some good company, food and drink. Conversation ranged from baseball to Texan gangstas...all very entertaining. Good times!

Bye Bye Clear Lake

We'll be back soon!

Tasty Eggs and Jet Skis

We spent our last day enjoying the local flavor of Lake County. First we visited the lovely town of Kelseyville and stopped in at Studebaker's for some egg tasties. Mmmm! Then we went back to Clear Lake State Park to pack up all our things and head out to the Konocti Harbor for some water sports. An hour with a jet ski goes by in a snap...so much fun! Then it was time to unwind at the bar. Yippee! Vacation is great :)

Clear Lake

We made our way to the beautiful Clear Lake for some rest and relaxation! Arriving after 11pm on Friday, we set up in the dark and enjoyed the star-filled night sky. We soon became acquainted with the local wildlife, as skunks crept into our camp looking for snacks. Luckily we didn't scare them and they left us alone. The next day some fam came up to meet us and we all enjoyed a hot dog cookout and s'mores around the fire.

Cali-Stoga

We took a little trip this weekend! Along the way we stopped in a little town called Calistoga for some good eats. We walked around a bit and enjoyed the warm night, then we were on the road again!
