Rooftop Din
Cooked a big pot of minestrone, filled our bowls and headed to the roof. This weather is such a nice change from the fog and wind!

Homemade Ice Cream
We decided it was high time we have some guilt-free ice cream. So, we made our own!
4 c. almond milk
1/2 cup dates
2 T. lecithin
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
Divide and put half in freezer.
Blend 3 T. of pure cocoa powder in other half.
Freeze.
Voila! We have chocolate and vanilla ice cream!!!
